Irrigation is the way to success of many agriculture based countries that appeared in the North Africa and Middle East when farmers reduce their reliance on rainwater. Other scholars and Archaeologists of the county argue that those developed mini systems that were proficient to manage irrigated farming transversely large regions were capable also to manage weaker mini systems. The Middle East is very much fortunate about its natural resources as this region has large resources of Oil, and if we consider the Egypt the country has a gift of Nile River. This river is playing a vital role in the development of the country. This water resource can play a great role in the development of food and agriculture.
