Introduction

The border environment. Person to find a job or to avoid compliance with the laws that govern the movement. Companies use national differences in labor and environmental standards, to have its advantages. The edge of society thrives on the difference, and the people and institutions are there to exploit niches in the environment (Craig 2009).

People speak passionately and often artistic about yourself and others, they govern exchanges and avoid regulation; they are fighting for survival in the environment, often a practice of nation States and the world economy. These actions are not unique to the border, but they are there with clarity and relevance of that team, we are concerned.
