EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Just like culture impacts the personal life of a person and gives this person an identity and place in this world, it also impacts a person's professional life. Even within an organization, there are different cultures that prevail and the level of conformity that a person has with these cultures usually determines the person's success within the organization. Similarly, every organization has a predominant culture that becomes the primary culture of that organization and gives it identity in comparison to other organizations of similar nature.
Muslims make up a large part of the global population. Although their strength is more in the East, the West is also heavily populated with followers of Islam. Muslims have their own culture and trends and values. The Chinese culture is one of the more dominant cultures of the world. It is rich in heritage and values. When organizations plan to operate within the Chinese society, they need to consider all the elements of their society and relate it to organizational leadership and strategies.
The primary objectives and aim of this research is to identify the relationship between the Islamic culture, Chinese culture and global organizational management. To analyse the role of culture in global organizations and to study the different theories and concepts related to this topic. The significance of the research is that it helps the researcher get a clear idea of the role and importance of culture and cultural factors in the international business and global organizations.
