Globalization is the emergence of transnational companies which are produced in response to the constant relocation of the system that needs capitalist production, new production processes and distributive consumption. Globalization is expanding and relocating geographically having intensive use of technology (Binder, 2007). The purpose of this paper is to enlighten and explore the managerial recommendations for creating an effective global team for a multinational organization. Management Capabilities and Global Operations Management
With the Globalization of markets, it is possible to exploit more markets in the world. This means that one can have access to more capital and technological resources because imports are cheaper and that export opportunities are expanded.
