The same sex or homo sexual parenting has become more prevalent in most of the nations throughout the world. This study is conducted to provide the profound knowledge about the lesbian parenting and gay parenting and their positive and negative impact on the development of children. The research has been carried out through reviewing the literatures on the homo sexual parenting by empirically analyzing the literature of various researchers and psychologists.
The findings of the study indicate the mixed results of homo sexual marriages. It has been analyzed from various literatures that the same sex parenting has positive impacts in the child development while some literatures oppose the same sex marriages and according to them, these marriages have adverse affects on the children as they are not socially accepted by their peers.
