The Royal Academy of Engineering published a report by the name of “Statement of Ethical Principles”, in which the institute highlighted the four fundamentals principles to achieve high professional standards. The author tried to explain the four vital programs in the other paragraphs.

Accuracy and Rigour

According to the Royal Academy of Engineering Accuracy is a term that plays a central role in all the sciences. Accuracy means diligence, thoroughness, accuracy, targeting, and consistency. The term accuracy and rigour used, for example, in the word combination of exact sciences. This means that the findings of this research are to understand all the details and verifiable. Clear laws identified that allow accurate predictions (Stehman & Foody, 2009, pp. 298-305). These confirmed by multiple experiments or observations by independent agencies. Therefore, it means that professional engineers need to remain faithful to their profession because the knowledge that they have is very critical and they must sure that they make full use of it. Similarly, they should maintain their knowledge up-to-date because today the face of world changing drastically. Every day, scientist are coming up with innovative products, therefore, it is very essential for the engineers to keep themselves up-to-date with the modern technologies (Patton, 2004, pp. 429-30).Honesty and Integrity

A study by Right Management found that honesty and integrity are the values that seek high-potential profiles in companies. Organizational values and culture have a strong relationship in employee (Engineer) satisfaction, commitment and intention to stay with the company and to perform their duties in an appropriate manner. Fortune recently published research on the best employers in the country, confirms "the strong link between a strong organizational culture characterized by high levels of trust, pride, camaraderie and financial success." Similarly, Harvard Business Review in a specific publication entitled "Earning your employees," he says, "half of all managers do not trust their leaders. And organizations where the prevailing lack of confidence, stress, disunity and low productivity, leads to the most valued employees to escape to more motivating workplace. " In the same article, HBR says that trust "allows employees to resolve disagreements, take smarter risks, stay longer in the company, help with better ideas and go further than someone who only has the right to ask. Without this people will be focused on the rumours, and update your resume. “This shows that the employees (engineers), despite the problem of trust, about 30% of organizations recently surveyed by Right still claim that confidence in their workplaces has fallen over the past two years. Another 37 percent say that the levels are the same and 34 percent say that confidence levels have grown. The study by Right based on 202 responses from organizations that reveal the most common causes of loss of confidence by employees:
