Difference between Hostile Work Environment and Quid Pro Quo

Harassment is unwanted behavior, and it can be illegal when a person in a protected class attacks someone. The protected class contains disability, age, national origin, race sex and others. Harassment includes rude attitude and bullying, but this behavior is just unlawful when it is intended for a protected class. Harassment is of two kinds one is quid pro quo and the second one is hostile work environment (Skipper, 2006).
