Kim Barnes's essay uses a very ingenious and elaborate description. In the initial passage particularly, when the reader begins reading the placement and setting of the story being told. In order to set up the stage, ambiance and mood, Barnes is extra ordinarily elaborative thereby engaging the interest of the reader and intriguing him.
