The paper attempts to talk about the distinctive edge that apple is experiencing in its sales in the UK. Being one of the most important variable for evaluating the performance of a company, Apple's sales from all of its product including iPods, iPads, iPhones, and Mac computers altogether within UK is taken into account. Moreover, the paper also attempts to shed some light on the death of Steve Jobs and what the future implications of his death are on Apple.

Apple organization started in 1976 as a computer organization. In the last several years, however, Apple organization has extended into a very complex organization that focuses on much more than just computer systems. In 2001, Apple organization smashed the buffer with the iPod, gradually becoming the major market innovator in music gamers. As well, Apple organization signed up with the phone market in 2007 with the iPhone, which has also been widely successful (Ashcroft, 2012).

The company posted record monthly revenue of $46.33 million and record monthly net profit of $13.06 million. The results compare to revenue of $26.74 million and net monthly profit of $6 million in the past quarter (Arthur, 2011).
