Introduction

The power sources are working more or less complex nature of man can extract energy for a particular job or get some use. Since prehistoric times, when mankind discovered fire for warmth and roasting, to the Middle Ages in which built windmills to grind wheat into modern times in which electrical energy can be merging the atom, man has sought endlessly energy sources from which to draw some profit for our time, have been fossil fuels on one hand the coal to power steam engines and traction rail industry and households, and the other, the oil and oil products in the industry and transport, although they coexisted with smaller-scale exploitation of wind energy, hydro, biomass, etc. This model of development, however, is doomed to depletion of fossil resources, without possible replacement would be needed for periods of millions of years to form (Chalvatzis, 2010).

Ideal Conditions for Producing and Using the Energy

In the late nineteenth century began to question the prevailing energy model for two reasons (Chalvatzis, 2010):

The environmental problems created by the combustion of fossil fuels, such as smog episodes of large cities like London or Los Angeles, or global warming.

The risks of using nuclear energy, manifested in accidents such as Chernobyl.

The rivers and freshwater streams: hydropower

The seas and oceans: tidal power

The heat of the earth: geothermal energy

All renewable energy than nuclear, being its main fuel, uranium, a mineral. The sources of energy can be renewable and non renewable, like the Sun, allow unlimited trading, as nature renews constantly, the nonrenewable as coal, exploit natural resources whose reserves diminish with exploitation, which converts energy sources with little future, as their reserves are being reduced drastically (Chalvatzis, 2010).
