Q1. Do you think that many of the corporate trainers of today teach in a way similar to that of a teacher teaching children, or do you think andragogy has made its way into mainstream corporate training events? Have you noticed one or the other (or both) in your training sessions?

Ans. No, the corporate trainers are not teaching in a way similar to that of teacher teaching children because the corporate trainers are basically providing the guide line as far as teacher is concerned he provides knowledge.
