Introduction

As stated in the premises of the adoption of strategies of state youth policy, youth policy is a state system of formation of the priorities and measures aimed at creating conditions and opportunities for successful and effective self-socialization of young people to develop their potential in the interests of America and, consequently, on the socio-economic and cultural development, ensuring its competitiveness and strengthen national security. The state youth policy is formed and implemented by state and local authorities, with the participation of youth and children's organizations, non-governmental organizations and other legal entities and individuals. From the position of young people in public life, her confidence in the future and the activity will depend on the pace of American advance along the path of democratic reforms. That young people should be prepared for confrontation and political manipulation to extremist appeals. Studies show that young people generally apolitical. In elections at the federal level involved less than half of young Americans, only 33 percent of young people under the age of 35 years interested in politics. Background
