The purpose of this progress report is to provide feedback to the general public on project developments and progress with respect to the scope envisaged for American Cities Improvement Program (ACIP), being the independent verifier to the Planning and Social Development department of Government of United States. The ACIP is a social welfare project which aims to provide urban services such as Water waste management, Solid Waste Management and Clean Water Supply to Americans. The report includes a budget for a two year period of the whole project based on our review of financial data pertaining to the ACIP project, business and operating plans prepared by United States Urban Services Corporation (USUSC), and assistance on formalizing fund transfer arrangement with the consortium partners. The total cost of the project for the two year period is estimated to be $100,000. As per the agreement between consortium partners, World Bank has pledged to provide $50,000 and the rest shall be contributed by the government of United States.It will also assist the stakeholders in understanding the approach and methodology in executing our role as independent verifiers as well as monitor progress of the financial assistance being provided to USUSC from the accounting and financial perspective of their projects. The report will help the consortium partners, The World Bank & the government of United States in understanding the availability, necessity and shortfall of funds required to complete the project. This report includes a budget set out for the level costs and expenses required to fulfil the objective of the project.

Abstract
The United States health care system is considered as one of the best health care systems in the world. It is of great importance to consider the fact that Americans spend more money on Health care than any other nation. There has been criticism by Americans who believe that after spending so much on Heath care, there still has been a lot of in-efficiency in administrating the United States Health Care System. This article aims to discuss the overall impact on the general public by the United States health care system. The benefits brought about and its adverse consequences have been made part of the debate. Further this report is accompanied with a budget and solution to the issues.
