Aim

The aim of my personal improvement program is to improve my diet and nutrition. Also the aim includes losing weight of 1.5 kg per two weeks. The aim includes identifying the key issues in my routine and creates a permanent diet plan to be followed to fulfill the aim.

Process Analysis

As my current weight is 95 kg, I aim to reduce 1.5 kg every two weeks which will make my target weight achievement, i.e. 65 are achievable in 20 weeks' time. To achieve my target weight, I require building and adopting a healthy diet program. This diet program will be personalized according to my routine and lifestyle. Therefore, I have to build the health program in such a way that it is easy for me to follow it. For me short term diet is not feasible as my time span of 20 weeks is huge and therefore, I have to lose weight gradually and maintain on a continuous basis. I also know that losing weight makes me lazy and de-motivated. I look for support from my social circle. This time I aim to make my diet plan such that I enjoy it so that my motivation level doesn't decrease. I have to set goals to keep my motivation level high. I aim to make healthy changes in my lifestyle. I also require adjusting my nutrition and intake items along with addition of exercise and workouts. I also need to learn more about my body, how it works, what is metabolism and how it will help me in diet.

For my diet plan, I am studying a simple process which is easy for me to implement. The people involved in my diet plan will be me myself because this diet plan is constructed by me and solely I have to follow it. Therefore, the sole impact on the diet plan will be made by me and my direct contribution and hard work to follow and implement this diet plan will help me achieve my aim of weight loss. The process will be starting from the start of the end and whole day the process has to be followed. Every action of my activity will be contribution in the diet plan. Following is the fish bone diagram describing the causes of my problem.

The measurement will be taken against my current weight which is 95 kg. The improvement can be noticed very prominently when the difference and decrease is weight is noticed. The data will be collected when the results will be recorded against the diet plan and requirements. The data will be reliable and accurate because I will be making the diet plan according to my own schedule, routine and body adjustments.
