Introduction

A person learns as he moves ahead in his life and in his career. At first, the person learns as a child, then as a student and finally as a professional. Every person goes through different stages of life in which he learns through diverse experiences. This helps the person in knowing more about the world also in making his life better and teaches him how to lead a peaceful and prosperous life. People who learn through varied experiences are the ones who are successful and who will achieve what they have planned for their future. This paper will talk about my personal development, as a person and as a police community support officer.

Discussion

While entering my professional life, I made sure that I do something that is in the best interest of the other individuals, as well. I had always wanted to help people in any difficulty that they face and the best way in which I could do this was to make sure that I provide them with a safe and secure environment. This was the reason that I decided to serve the community and become a police community support officer to help the people in leading a secure life. While working as a community support officer, I make sure that the percentage of crimes reduces and the people live in a fearless manner. As a police community support officer, I work under the supervision of police officers to help the people of the community.

Things in the Police Station work in the manner that is in the best interest of the people and that will help them in living in a crime free environment. The criminals are identified and taken into custody when caught red handed. My duty as a police community support officer is that I help the police officials in supporting the victims of the crime. I make sure that I provide relief and all the required support to the individuals who have been a victim of any criminal activity. I make sure that the criminal is identified and is put behind the bars. For this, I participate in the enquiries that are conducted by the officials.
