“A time comes in your life when you finally get…when, in the midst of all your fears and insanity, you stop dead in your pathways and somewhere the voice inside your head sound out…ENOUGH! Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears and begin to gaze at the world through new eyes.

In understanding your own character, and acknowledging it, you have the proficiency to change. You can pay more vigilance to your investigations and fulfilling your goals, if that is where your weakness lies. After completing the review granted to us in class, I discovered that my character is most fitted to 'expressive'. From this I have profited the knowledge that in setting objectives I can accomplish my purpose. In saying that though, I also recognized that to achieve my likes I have to pay more attention to my flaws; for demonstration, focusing more on time control and organization.

You recognize it's time to halt wanting and waiting for certain thing to change, or for happiness, security and security to magically seems over the next horizon.

You recognize that in the real world there aren't always fairy tale endings, and that any assurance of “happily ever after” should begin with you…and in the method a sense of serenity is born of acceptance.

You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not every person will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are…and that's OK. They deserve to their own outlooks and opinions.

Personal Goals as a Student at the University of Phoenix Everyone should have personal goals that evolve around anything that needs to be accomplished. Inset goals on an every day basis. One aim that I appear to have not really focused on has been my school education. Considering all things, I determined I required aiming on my school education. The first thing I needed to complete was to enroll in an organization for higher learning.

Now that my enrollment is complete, I am an official student at the University of Phoenix enrolled in the high school program for business management. As a scholar at the university, I now have to set individual goals so that I will be thriving in my endeavors. My individual goals are to gain individual growth and development and graduate from my undergraduate program in enterprise administration with respects. After my culmination of the undergraduate program I will then move on to a master's program. To complete my aim of individual development and development, I will make sure that by the end of every course I take I will have a full comprehending of the subject matter.

This is where I will take advantage of the learning groups that are suggested in conjunction with one-by-one learning.
