ABSTRACT
This main focus of this research study is to examine the patterns and relationship of physical activity among UK women 40 years and older. To accomplish this research aim a survey is conducted to examine the impact of physical activity on women's health. The target respondents of this survey are women living in urban and sub-urban areas of UK and from age group 30 years and older. It is a fact that physical activity has a positive and influential impact of the health and well being of an individual. This research study also highlights the benefits of physical activity for women health. Different statistical techniques were utilized in this research study to analyze the proposed research aim. The findings of this research study indicate that the physical activity of older women have a number of benefits, these activities are good for women physical health and wellness. By practicing these activities the chances of chronic disease get minimizes. The findings of research study also highlight positive correlation among the self-efficacy and the physical activity of older women.

Introduction
This research study intended to examine the patterns and correlates of physical activity among UK women 40 years and older. This chapter presents the findings of the questionnaire survey which is carried out from the 30 old women living in urban and sub-urban areas of UK. For the analysis of the surveyed data set SPSS 16.0 is utilized. The descriptive statistical techniques are utilized to analyze the survey responses. Pearson correlation analysis is also carried out to examine the strength of relationship among the physical activity, self-efficacy and smoking behaviour of older women.

There were 33 percent of the respondents who taken part in this study is from age group 41-45 years. The 20 percent of the respondents are from age group 46-50 and 51-55 years respectively. Most of the respondents who took part in this research study are from age group 41-45 years.

There were 56.7 percent of the respondents who taken part in this study were belongs to White ethnicity.
