Executive Summary

The trends that guide the development of the contemporary world determine changes, i.e. changing attitudes in companies, such as globalization of the economy, environmental awareness, accelerating privatization, strategic alliances, and technological advancement, make up an unavoidable set of conditions that affect organizations. It affects everything that happens within a company, you can recognize from what they say, do and think people, it consolidates the transmission of knowledge, beliefs, learning and behaviour, demonstrating internal changes that tend to be stable over time. The employee of any organization agrees to provide to a particular job knowledge, skills, abilities, skills, and values ??and, in turn, wait, not only financial rewards, but also security, be treated as a human being, rewarding relationships with others and support your personal growth and development.

Barclay's bank is the bank situated in UK serving all around the world as a global bank. Barclays offers its customers an extensive variety of financial services in more than 56 countries. The bank also provides retail banking to its customers and business clients. The financial services include current accounts, savings accounts and general insurances to its customer base.

The communication designs of Barclays in UK are one of the best designs to cater customer services and customers. As the slogan says “Take One Small Step” to managing their money better every day. I have chosen this organization because it is one of the leading banks in UK, which has a learning organizational culture, and recently have implemented a new communication model within the organization.

He is the Group General Counsel, and joined Barclays as Group General Counsel in 2003. Included within his area of responsibility are legal and regulatory compliance issues throughout the bank.

Antony Jenkins

He is a Chief Executive, Retail and Business Banking, and joined the Barclays Executive Committee in November 2009.

Thomas L Kalaris

He is Chief Executive of Barclays Wealth, a leading global wealth manager. In November 2009, he became a member of the Barclays Group Executive Committee.

What are your mission, vision, and core values?

As a response to the question, the managers told that the vision of the organization Barclays is to” execution priorities are capital, returns, income growth and citizenship”.
