Executive Summary

The paper discusses about the different organizational behavior and the issues prevailing in Wood Service Group. Organizational behavior deals with the behavior of employees and attitudes either in a positive way, or negative way, throughout their organizational culture. It is also the study of team dynamics because; in each organization employees' perform in the shape of team. Wood Group is regarded as leading independent services providing oil, gas and power generation markets. These services includes the procurement, construction management and engineering, repair, overhaul for turbines and facility operation and maintenance with high-speed rotating equipment. In the past, the Wood service Group had largely grown organically, and its enlargement was finance from retained profits. Thus, growth, which involved opening new larger stores, essentially involved applying its tried trusted strategy to do more of the same. Wood services have different strategic directions in the form of competitive performance and the manager's needs to understand the relationship between culture and certain types of performance. It is important that the Business Ethics policy of Wood service needs to recognize and reinforce the significance in conducting the business legally and ethically throughout worldwide recognition.
