The main purpose of this paper is to analyse the project developed by Mine Train. Mine Train is facing difficulties in meeting the strategic objectives of organization. The main difficulty faced by Mine Train is in the area of centralization of authority, as the complete authority of the company is in hands of Darrel. Therefore, the paper analyzes the project which is designed to improve the organizational structure of the company and identify the goals of this project. The paper also discusses different limitations faced by the project team and the obligations and limitations of the project team. Last but not the least, the paper provides the user guide containing the recommendations of the possible solutions which the project team would have used to successfully implement the project.

Problems Faced by Mine Train
In terms of meeting the strategic goals, companies face different problems. Just like the other companies, Mine Train also faces different problems in terms of meeting the strategic objectives. These different problems which have been faced by Mine Train are related to centralization of authority, model of revenue and limitation of marketing. However, among all these the most serious problem is related to the centralization of authority. Currently, all the operations of the company are handled by Darrel because of his unique personality. Darrel has the sole authority of awarding the certificates, and the company has only 3 employees. Mine Train is facing the problems of centralization of authority as Darrel does not have the authority to award the qualification to the customers who have come from different cities. At the same time, the other staffs of the company also do not have such authority to delegate the authority. These are the main reasons which have declined the credibility of the company for a long period.
There are different problems which need to be solved in Mine Train; therefore, there is a great need of developing the strategic goals which can be helpful in solving these problems. These problems are given below:
1) The Limitation of Staff's Ability: The number of staff in Mine Train is very limited. There are only three employees at Mine Train. Darrel has the unique personality; therefore, he has the responsibility to award the qualification. In Mine Train, the whole responsibility of performing the core business task is on Darrel. He has the complete authority to deal with daily business operations. However, the other employees are concerned of dealing with the financial and marketing operations of the company (Adams, 2008, p. 32).
