Mohjab, (2006) defines following terms as: Culture is a set of beliefs and values deriving a person's attitude. Cross culture is a phenomenon when two persons of different cultures are interacting with each other, and Cross cultural counseling defines circumstances in which a counselor is dealing with diversified clients or when the cultural heritage of client and counselor is different. Culture of an individual impacts an individual's life; it can have noticeable impacts on fashion, gestures, sense of humor, perception about life, food ways, parenting style etc and it could result in communal festivals, ideology of a society, attitude towards other nations or communities, stereotyping, rebellion and in many others. For an effective counseling, there should be a better understanding between a counselor and his clients, and for understanding a client it is crucial to understand his pattern of thinking, which is reflected by his/her cultural background. For satisfying culturally diversified clients, perfection is required in awareness of various cultures' norms and values, which could only be resulted by never ending process of reading between the lines of cultures prevailing in a society.However, such efforts will always prohibit a counselor from crossing dimensions of cultural sensitiveness i.e. respecting diversification rather imposing his own beliefs on others, and it will create consciousness of differences among different cultures, which should be dealt with a neutral point of view instead judging on personal believes. However, feedbacks and responses by clients of different cultures during counseling hours in never perceived worthless by a counselor, as such diversified cultural heritages are most instrumental source of positive contribution in a counselor's learning of different cultures, and this addition show significant variations in accordance with culture, race, nationality, ethnic background, level of education, and other demographic factors of client.

Cross culture Counseling benefits an individual in many ways, if its granted to persons, migrating to a new diversified residence, such as; it creates a sense of belongings to the new society, it eliminates the sense of outsider from such individuals, it helps an individual to understand to which extend his\her culture is acceptable and liked by the new society, as this global village also affects our relationships, there are many incidents of cross cultural marriages, so counseling also helps to carry such relations in a good manner, however, parenting issues are also arising due to the existence of culturally diversified societies, cross cultural counseling helps parents to brought up their children properly.

However, Cross Cultural Counseling has some challenges, the most difficult part of counseling is to guide children, as they are being unable to express themselves, suppose a scenario: an Irish Doctor is working in a welfare NGO, and he is transferred to any African country, now just imagine the difficulty faced by him in diagnosing an African child, it will be more difficult to understand the responses of that child and estimating his condition, ...
