Step 1: Evidence of Competence at the Undergraduate Level to Review Published Research
In recent years, the role of registered nursing (RN) has acquired a special role through palliative care. The registered nurse plays a vital role in the care, treatment, and pain management (Susan, 2008). Many registered nurses are unable to realize their capabilities and full potential for working in primary care settings. They also do not estimate the valuable contributions that they are able to provide community health management in their workplace. A registered nurse has to play a key role in all aspects of nursing practice in primary care settings in order to improve health outcomes such as family practice or clinic walk-in. In other words, registered nurse works with the physician to provide comprehensive care to all patients, rather than simply perform definite tasks, such as immunizations or vital signs.
The role of registered nurse consultant aims to strengthen leadership and to help retain experienced and expert nurses in clinical practice. A registered nurse consultant is the link from a lawyer in the medical world (Smith, 2007). While lawyers have obtained certain knowledge related to forensic medicine in their whole career, they need help when it comes to cases that require extensive knowledge of the field of medicine, and that is where legal registered nurse consultants come into the picture. Because of their extensive experience in formal education, and knowledge of the world of medicine, legal nurse consultants are the perfect link for lawyers in the medical world. Legal nurse consultant is responsible for acting as an intermediary between lawyers, clients and doctors.
Registered nurses take a holistic and comprehensive approach that is not limited to the management of chronic diseases. Nurse role is essential to the functional elements of better detection, health promotion, early detection, management of chronic diseases and improved access of care to the patient.

This research paper aims to explain the factors which contribute work satisfaction among registered nurses, and some of the compulsory actions towards which healthcare institutions and hospitals should respond, some of the motivational factors which directs to the shortage of registered nurses internationally. Registered nurses (RN) and preoperative nurses hold the straight influence on the care quality delivered which is focused as combined experiences of nurses.
