Diversity management is a very simple act of recognizing diversity in the corporate lifestyle and helps us recognize the various services different people bring to the workforce within a corporation (De Pree, M. 2004).
The current strategy of the company is to create diversification in the employee structure as the company is going towards globalization and currently operates in 70 countries worldwide, thus it hires employees from all over the world generating the workforce consisting of different cultures and backgrounds.
