Employee satisfaction is the level of contentment that the employees of the organization have regarding their jobs. The most convenient and appropriate way to measure employee satisfaction is the employee satisfaction or employee engagement survey. These surveys embrace crucial issues related to compensation, work load as well as working environment. It is evidenced that the employee satisfaction is a crucial source of best performances by the employees as the employees perform better when they are satisfied.

Employee satisfaction and customer care

The researches reveal that the employees are motivated to provide their maximum potential when they are satisfied with their jobs. In the same way, it is evidenced that the satisfied employees are more likely to provide better customer services. When they employees are treated as a key source of the organization, they feel esteemed and they attempt to work hard. in addition to it, satisfied employees have better understanding of their job descriptions and they are more confident to deal with customers of the organization. How organizations can satisfy their employees

Motivate the employees to perform better with performance based incentive system. The incentives based on performance may induce the satisfaction level of the employees. Moreover, the organization can enhance the employee satisfaction by clearly communicating missing and vision values. Reduction in the communication gap may increase the satisfaction level of the employees. The management of the organization may enhance the performance of their employees by resolving work related conflicts in between the employees. In the same way, managers should provoke employees to share their feedback and innovative ideas. This way, the organization can make appropriate alterations in its strategies in order to satisfy employees as well as customers (Schaufeli, W. B., & Salanova, M., 2010, p. 399).

Moreover, the managers should provide comprehensive benefits packages in order to satisfy the needs of the employees. Managers should ensure the employees regarding their job and heath safety. They should listen to their employees to make them feel honored. In the same way, the culture of the organization should be supportive and equally respectful for all the employees. Provide career development opportunities to employees to make them feel more satisfied.
