Letter Of Recommendation

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Izack. Until just recently, I have been Izack's immediate supervisor for several years. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.

The applicant I am going to refer has been a direct supervisor when he was a loan officer and then team leader in my company for last two years. Since I know him he is a hard worker and his Career progressed incredibly fast. He worked for three months as a telemarketer, then moved up to loan officer, and just after eight months he led eight members team and showed a great team leadership qualities. At the very end I was so impressed I offered him to manage his own branch, but he refused, and spawned his own business. His peer group was other aspiring telemarketers who were trying to be loan officers, and the loan officers trying to be team leaders, and then team leaders fighting for the branch opening.

Talking about his personality I want to say that he can be a good leader because he displayed great team leading qualities; he always genuinely wanted to help people. He believes that he will make more money in the long run with the help of his hardworking. He is a straightforward and at the same time down to earth; he doesn't feel pride of his capabilities and God gifted skills. There's a lot of shady business in the mortgage business, but he never resorted to such.

EXAMPLE: He never lied to customers, a client wanted a loan that wasn't well suited, but would have netted him more money. He convinced the client and gave the right loan, and then got two referrals from the client because the client was so ...
