On 04/15/2002 Mark Faye and I was walking back to service area to check on a customer's vehicle. It was raining when walking inside the service area I slipped and slid about ten feet, again Mark Faye seen the entire accident. When I got back to my feet I felt nothing was wrong, about three hours later in the trailer I got up to wait on a customer and fell, my left knee was on fire.
I called Mark and told him I could not walk on my left knee, he sent me to the doctor, after taking x-rays the doctor indicated I tore several sections in my knee and sent me to a specialist. This is as you know where we are today after total knee replacement, which I'm told is good for the rest of my life. I don't for see any other treatments accept a doctor's visit which I have to attend for follow up. I had no idea this was costing so much money when Mark Faye told me.

During my employment, I have been the top producer including the Alan Jay Automotive Network as a Salesperson. In reference to my health, I have had no Disabilities until this accident, Mr. Wildstein,
