The Jubilee Line Extension is the extension of the London Underground Jubilee line from Green Park to Stratford throughout south and eastern London. An eastward extension of the Jubilee line was first proposed in the 1970s and a modified route was constructed during the 1990s. It opened just before Christmas 1999.
