Introduction

In this paper, I would discuss the concept of copyright, the legal assertions regarding it, the importance of copyright for a software which would relate to the case study in that it would steer through the need for the person presented in the case study to register for a copyright for the software that they intent to publish. Further, the fair use of educational material would be reflected in the light of the acts of the US law. Lastly, I will also reflect my viewpoint for the usage of the comments made by the early users of the program on the personal web site.
