One of the major factors, due to which the conflicts arise, is the Safeguard measures that these member states adopt. There has also been a history of disputes among the members of WTO on the issue of the safeguard measure adopted by a country. The dispute between India and Turkey is the latest in the list of such disputes in the history, according to the website of the World Trade Organisation. The idea of choosing this case as the topic of my study is simple that such issues and controversies are unfortunately not discussed much in papers and forums. It can be said that it is crucial for the economists, export personnel's and researchers to have some debate on such issues. It can also be said that the issue is controversial and thus, has a lot of things that can be debated about in studies. It should be said that the Exports, economists and researchers need to get involved more.

Some of the developments in Turkey-India relations in 1970's that has been decades in the economic sense, especially in trade, social, cultural, and signed several agreements to enhance mutual cooperation in the field of science.
