Quality is a complex concept that characterizes the performance of all aspects of the activity: strategy development, production, marketing, etc. The most important component of the entire system of quality is the quality of the product. Principles of quality management in an organisation is one of the most important factors in the growth of production efficiency to improve the quality of products or services. Improving the quality of products is now considered crucial for the competitiveness of local and international markets. Product competitiveness is largely determines the prestige of the country and it is important factor to increase its national wealth (Geotsch, 2009 pp. 23).

Product quality is one of the most important performance criteria for the company in a relatively saturated market and the prevailing price competition. Raising the technical level and quality determine the pace of scientific, technical progress and the growth of production efficiency as a whole have a significant impact on the intensification of the economy, the competitiveness of domestic goods and standard of living of the population.
