It is important to understand and analyze the impact of Information Technology and its impact on how we conduct our daily lives, and the development of society and finally in the activities of the local economy, nationally and globally. An analysis of the recommendations on the integration of Digital Agenda to support the definition of public policies that strengthen the use of ICT and its strategic impact on the economic and social development of the country and particularly in our state. Also knowledge of the results of the analysis conducted and experts are constituted as proposed for the formation of public policies that promote economic and social development for the state and the country (Oliver, 2002).

Currently ICT impacts in all areas of human life by the characteristics that contribute to the knowledge society, and all the possibilities offered by the development of new ways to organize, communicate, educate, teach and learn and thus the transformation and evolution of society itself. Experience shows that technical change and the impact of ICT in the coming years are likely to be larger and broader than the advances of the past decades. It should increase their efforts to reduce the digital divide in access and quality of this, and to deepen the use of ICT to continue progress towards the information society and enhance the impact of ICT on economic performance and social integration.

ICT has played a crucial role in allowing people from countries like China and Russia to find jobs in developed countries such as the United States and Canada. People from countries like China and Russia, in search of greener pastures and better employment opportunities use communication means such as the Internet and the social media to find jobs that suit their credentials. Moreover, other communication means, such as telephone and television have also been used by people from such states to successfully locate jobs in the United States or Canada, and to re-locate to such countries for better opportunities and a better lifestyle (Walter, 1988).

Information Communication Technology has been instrumental in promoting and increasing tourism in Turkey. Being a beautiful country that has to offer a lot to the outside world, Turkey has become one of the favorite destination for tourists from all over the world, to come and enjoy the hospitality of the Turks. Moreover, the role played by ICT in this regard needs to be highlighted, since the use of this technology has helped tourism flourish in Turkey, in that the means of communication, such as television, telephone, Internet and all other communication means have been used widely by the tourism authorities in Turkey to attract more tourists from all corners of the world (Silverstone et al, 1991).
