Those who fulfill tasks in society, whether counselors, ministers, civil servants, professionals, artisans, employees or workers, required for the effective discharge of its activities, ethical behavior.

The research ethics addresses issues that arise in the context of research involving humans or biological material of human origin. In a context where the development of knowledge and research are becoming increasingly important, research ethics is primarily intended to ensure respect for and protection of the person. It also aims to ensure the quality of research, particularly in regard to the scientific validity and the proper conduct of research, especially in terms of integrity.
