The article aims to analyze the practices of human resource management adopted by some SMEs in Spain in order to promote and implement new projects innovative. To do this, using the case study as research strategy, the ex- deplores the activities developed by three SMEs entrepreneurs operating in different sectors and in different geographical contexts. The main results of the study reveal the importance for the development of new innovative projects, the establishment good relations between members of the company and the creation of an appropriate working environment, as well as promoting positive attitudes towards risk-taking and participation of employees.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the human resources management practices some Spanish adopted by SMEs in order to Promote and Develop corporate entrepreneurship. A case study method is used to explore the corporate entrepreneurship Activities Developed by three SMEs. The main results show the Importance of Establishing Good Relationships Among company's members, creating an appropriate working environment. Also, it is Highlighted the relevance of Promoting Risk Attitudes and the participation of the Employees in the corporate Activities entrepreneurship.
INTRODUCTION
The difficult economic situation since mid-2008 Fri- ne suffer most small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in our country is producing among other consequences, a devastating effect on some sectors and segments population. Specifically, during this year the number of dams decreased by 1.9% and the construction sector a reduction of 11.8% of the total, the hardest hit. Although the same years were created around 330,000 companies, the figure those who ceased their activity reached nearly 400,000 reach (INE, 2009) (Albinger, 2000). As has happened repeatedly throughout the history, at critical moments in which the survival of endangered business organizations, their ability to implement new projects, and general entrepreneurial behavior, have been key to its revitalization. Adopting entrepreneurial orientation some organizations is what is identified in the literature internationally as "corporate entrepreneurship", or "corporate venturing" (Diller, 2009). Within this new field of research, one the most studied is related to the factors that influence yen in emergency and development. Among them, in recent years, several authors have begun to highlight the role played by collaboration and co- operation between employers and employees aimed at facilitating the com- entrepreneurial behaviors in organizations. In turn, other studies analyze these practices co- worked in the field of personnel management, relations coordinating the teamwork with the adoption of a guidance entrepreneurship within companies. However, except for some jobs, most of research conducted so far has developed in the environment of large organizations; this raises some doubts about the possibility of its findings to the SME sector. In this context, the objective of this study is to analyze management practices of Human Resources (HR) that facilitate entrepreneurial behavior within small size companies (Epstein, 2001). More specifically, we pose the following research questions:
