The Boeing 737 (pronounced "seven-three-seven") is a jet of passengers of narrow body short to medium range, manufactured by the company U.S. Boeing Commercial Airplanes. The 737 was developed as a derivative of the Boeing 707 and 727 lower cost, smaller size and twin.

The 737 has been continuously manufactured by Boeing since 1967 with a total of 6,348 aircraft delivered and 2,061 aircraft still to be made. Thus, of the 737 were manufactured nine different variants since its inception, with the Next Generation series (-600, -700, -800 and -900) still in production.
