Staff shortage Issue

Well, for the purpose of improving the customer care and satisfaction, a hospital needs appropriate number of staff to address the different issues. Therefore, the management will get a brief overview of this critical situation of shortage of staff, so that they can realize that how important is the appropriate number of staff for the hospital. The expected budget for this step would be approximately 10,000 USD. As far as the pros and cons of this step concerned, the pro is that this will help to address different issues that arise due to insufficient staff, and the con is that it will initially affect the budget of the hospital, but in the long run, it will result in practical consequences.

Overtime Payout Issue

The problem of overtime payment to employees is also a serious concern as mentioned. Therefore, the hiring of the proper number of staff will also rectify this critical issue as well because when there would be the appropriate number of staff in the hospital than the staff will no longer be required to do overtimes. There is no budget required for this step as it will get covered within the same expense as discussed above.
