The changing world of work in industrialised countries has significantly changed the organisation and the basic structure of employment. Workers must adapt to new organisational realities and comply with working conditions and employment varied or complex. Since 84% of Quebec workers have parental responsibilities, it is often the parents who can bear the brunt of these changes and ultimately their children. The working people are looking for a healthy balance between time spent on work and family spheres. Since it is recognized that the development of children is especially influenced by family dynamics, it becomes urgent to understand the direct and indirect impact that working parents can have on children. It is therefore important to identify its impact on the educational success of school-age children attend primary school. The proposed work addresses this need by allowing participants to reflect on these implications and suggest courses of action to implement short and medium term (Ladou, 2008, 33).
Background
Protecting the health of employees of private law (companies, associations,) and officials (public (state or local authorities, hospitals), became, with the awareness of the public face to risk, a notion which has become inescapable. Every work situation can endanger more or less pronounced for the employee (employee, interim auto entrepreneur, intern or volunteer worker). To minimize these risks materialize (reducing the likelihood and severity damage that may occur to workers' health) of many actors act within and outside the workplace (Auer, 2006, 40).
Occupational health is a major ethical and one of the challenges of sustainable development. For example, in France, according to a survey IPO's , produced in 2010, one third of French people neglect their well-being for the benefit of their work, and struggle to juggle the various aspects of their life (work, family , family ...), especially between 30 and 50 years (nearly 50% of them). Moreover, in a socio-economic push for ever greater productivity, 70% of assets believe their situation has worsened at work, especially as regards the level of stress (52%), and the workload (49%). Published in November 22, 2010, yet the French consider it something important (60%), even "critical" (24%) in a large majority of cases. Yet the French consider that 60% look after their welfare would be "important", whereas 24% even as it "essential" (24%) (Roughton, 2008, 66)
