Grocery, Inc contract Masterpiece Construction to make repairs in their shop on the main street in my town. In view of the increasing number of new contracts Masterpiece Construction sub-contracts for all work to create their masterpiece Fall because construction is not able to complete repairs within six months. Masterpiece Construction notifies Grocery, Inc of the subcontract. During the repair work Grocery, Inc became aware of the sub-contract in connection with the low quality and substandard work, to build them to fall.
