Greatest leaders are born, not made?

Introduction

For centuries there is a debate going on over the subject whether great leaders are born or made? Many theories were developed to prove both stances of the subject. The debate goes on forever though it turned to be little of both. It is not necessary that leaders are always born but it is necessary that the made leaders do have smartness and intelligence to become a great one.
