Abstract

Purpose

The purpose of this paper is to Globalization has emerged the concept of Strategic human resource Management. This paper specifically highlights the importance of strategic human resources in a hybrid government setup at global level. Technology has had a great impact on organisations and the people working in them. This paper also focuses on the development of the concept of human asset within the organisations.

 

Methodology
