If we keenly glance over the structure, there are few similarities between the American and German Political systems, as both of them have judicial and executive branch. The unlike constituents of German political system are the judiciary, Bundestag, Executive, Lander and Bundesrat. Every single component plays different but significant function in governmental level. It is important to note that each system is necessary for proper functioning of Germany. These branches contains different ranking in which the executive branch holds the highest rank in Germany's government. In this branch, the president is known as the head of the State (Schroder, 2000).
