The business decisions are always influenced by the business leaders. It is important for these business leaders to make sure that all their practices are inline with the ethical standards and guidelines for operating businesses. This is said because of the fact that their decisions in regard to business activities can have a huge influence on business, as well as, on individuals that are related to the business directly or indirectly. These individuals that can be affected by the decisions that a business leader takes in regard to business activities include the stakeholders of the business (Jennings, 2012). The stakeholders include people like, the employees, the consumers of the business and society, as well.

The importance of exercise in an ethical business leadership is associated with the need to ensure that all individuals with an interest in the company from passing the correct actions to take ethical leader and an example to follow. They find that this form of action increases the confidence or respect for the leader and, incidentally, to the organization. The reasons why it is necessary to exercise ethical business leadership from going in this direction is mainly in amentar of confidence and respect of all those who are related to the entity (Jennings, 2012).

The activity of a company's performance and its leader must be ethical because the parties concerned in the organization, from suppliers to customers or employees, they expect the entity to show ethical performance and social responsibility (Jennings, 2012).

One of the motivations of the leader to act ethically is to be attractive to their employees so that put their talents to the company. Here, you could put this ethic dealing with respect for these workers to engage with the objectives of the organization, or handing out rewards and punishments so that everyone knows what actions imply what consequences.
