One of the last five winners of the AOL poll to be published today is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. May? although there was some uncertainty about the initial version to be released? fans of the film were delighted to learn that two versions of the film should be released on one disc. (Reynold? 15-221)

The 1932 version with special features are located on the side of the disc? while the slightly longer version in 1941 is located on the side "B" on the disc. Based on the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson? the 1932 Paramount release was directed by Rouben Mamoulian and the 1941 MGM version was directed by Victor Fleming (who also directed Gone with the Wind?
