Factors and Psychological Theories to Bring Optimal Organizational Change
Introduction
Why organizational change is essential and necessary? This question brings a number of thoughts and experiences in a human mind. A human being's life is a constant change. Particularly, organizational change is important to bring advancement in the environment, sustain motivation among employees and to survive in the market as a profitable organization. Managers, leaders and executives have made several efforts to bring organizational change, but they did not work effectively. Organizational change means to change an organization's direction completely, to change the structure and re-design the procedure and to offer an innovative vision for employees (Burke, 2011, p. 11). It is very difficult to bring a deep cultural change, to make a case for change, especially when a firm is performing well. Everything is going good, so why to change? An organization must plan to bring change, when it is on its peak of success. (Burke, 2011, p. 12).
Discussion
Psychological theories help to understand the human behavior and attitude. They provide guidance to travel in a good way. The behavior of employees working officially in an organization has a great impact on organizational change. Living standard and life style also depends on efforts and performance of an individual in the organization. Organizational psychology entails scientific methods to have knowledge about the attitude of individuals and their working style (Je x & Britt, 2008, p. 1).

To develop the test, the company would do job analysis; identify major responsibilities of a sale agent and develop a performance criteria, benchmark and target. It will also conduct a research to know that whether the test designed is allied with the performance criteria (Je x & Britt, 2008, ...
