In the place of work nowadays, employees are constantly faced with moral or ethical issues. They are challenged with state of affairs that need a good ethical decision but in nearly all instances find it complex to accomplish so for the reason that they not have the necessary skills. The effects variety from simple circumstances of a worker making a decision on whether he or she not to deceive his or her boss, to difficult situations where association are facing with a significant conflict which pits their temporary survival benefit in opposition to their interests of long-term as well as those of the society (Edwards, 1998).

Giving workers skills with that to resolve difficult workplace state of affairs ensuing from these moral dilemmas must be the plan of every supervisors and manager in any association. The article that I have chosen is closely related to the ethical dilemma. The issue is watching porn on the place of work. This seems immoral. The article is taken from a news paper in which it is clearly mentioned that what could be result of such immoral acts at the office. Not only has this in fact watching such kind of things on the internet not only kicks out a person from the job also seemed very unethical act. This article defines that watching internet porn at job made a man kick out from the job, even though he excuses to the higher authorities that he just did it to get relax of his challenging job (Edwards, 1998).

According to the news paper article the man named Reginald Hiha dismissed from his job subsequent to being caught watching pornography.
