Ethics is a systematic and critical analysis of morality and moral considerations that guide human conduct in a society or a particular activity. When moral values, rules and duties staff is subject to ethical analysis, their relationship with human interests that are common to all, whatever their cultural context is particularly important. The rationale behind choosing this answer as the most appropriate is that unless and until people would know about the campaign no one will be bothered to ask and volunteer in the lecture, because employees have different perspective and different ethnic and cultural background. People are most influenced by the promotional activities that could encourage them to be a part of the campaign (Murphy, 1988)
