Ethical Argument

Introduction

Life is beautiful! But, we are also aware of the fact that life is not bed of roses. In life, we have to face adversities, consequences and troubles. In tough times, when everyone leaves us then in this situation and chaos we often take steps and actions that may make us regret all our lives. Sometimes, our destiny brings a path in front of us and we have to walk through this path unknowingly what would be the circumstances that it may bring. One of the adversities that once can face is of financial nature. This may also make an individual to rely on credits and loans. Continuous depreciating financial situation may make that individual to remain unable to pay the loan and suffer from bankruptcy. The dilemma is that our society becomes biased and deals in an appropriate way. Whenever any individual applies for rental property then the credit history and character evaluation is done by the property managers. This is done because landlord wants to avoid any circumstances that may occur by giving the rental property to a criminal or by giving the property on rent to a person who is unable to pay the rent.

If we evaluate this action of landlord from the perspective of ethics then we can say that this action is right. But, it is also significant to consider that what if the person who is applying for the rental property who have felonies attached and who have a bad credit history is now able to pay the rent. Denying such prospects client is not ethical. I am against of those who just because of the past history ...
