We are beginning to understand how to train for the upgrade, but we need to deepen this understanding. If we inspire young people to develop the set of fixed beliefs, we will ensure its rapid obsolescence. The alternative is to develop the skills, attitudes, habits of mind and the knowledge and understanding of what tools will be constant change and growth of the young man. Then we will have the style system, which provides its own continuous renewal.
