Overview of the EIA Process

The EIA is an instrument of preventive management, the EIS, as a technical document that is included in the General Administrative Procedure of the EIA, will survey type. As we know the EIS is the technical document, interdisciplinary, which incorporated in the EIA procedure, is intended to predict, identify, assess and correct, the consequences or environmental effects that certain actions can cause the quality of life and their environment. In conclusion, the EIS analysis is an essential way involved in giving information in the administrative procedure is the EIA and culminates with the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

A positive impact is described as one that serves to improve the environment.

Negative impact

The negative impact is described as one who in effect which means the loss of aesthetic value, cultural, scenic, ecological productivity or increasing the damage from pollution and other environmental risks, in other words, is that impact degrades the area.
