In this study we try to explore the concept of different education requirement to enter into nursing practice in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on ADN vs. BSN and its relation with nursing. The research also analyzes many aspects of getting a BSN degree and tries to gauge its effect on nursing. Finally the research describes various recommendations with which improvement can be brought in the field of nursing.

With the rapid development, of technology various industries are adopting the tech-savvy approach and bringing changes in their procedures and work practices. Field of medicine also has approached modish and innovative tricks to improve their services. One of these innovative ideas is related to the education requirements. From past few years, there is a debate going on about the educational requirements to enter into the practical field of nursing. This paper deals with this issue and presents the findings in great detail.
Identification of the Problem
Nowadays, there is an underlying fight that is going on between the education requirements to enter into the practical field of nursing. Some experts say that a student ADN is eligible to enter in the field whereas, others say that AND would no longer be valid to enter into the practical field of nursing and hence a student should possess BSN to start his or her practical work of nursing.
Statement of the Purpose
The purpose of this study is to explore the shift in education requirements that is taking place in the field of nursing. The aim of this paper is to take a stand on this point and present findings in favor of the research statement.
Research Question
It is better to opt for BSN rather than AND to enter into the field of nursing.
