Resourcing refers to the idea of hiring new individuals for the post in the organizations. The human resources play a very vital role for the organizations because the abilities of the individuals hired play a very curial role for the companies because they result in success. With regards to development, the term can be explained by saying that development is a basic right of every individual and successful company such as Emirates and Unilever focus more on development of their employees. The term, “added value” refers to the idea of providing more to the customers. This means that the customers enjoy the extra benefits that are offered to them when they pay the price of a basic flight. For instance, considering the example of a real company such as Emirates Airlines, it can be said that when customers purchase tickets, they can enjoy easy flying and they also get meals along with extra benefits such as songs and movies during the flight.
